STEP Program Eligibility

To qualify for the TESDA STEP program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Filipino citizen, at least 15 years old
  • Has the desire to acquire skills for business or self-employment
  • Physically and mentally fit to undergo the training
  • Willingness to actively participate in the training sessions
