The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) has enhanced its member inquiry with the new PhilHealth Member Portal. If you have an account before, you should register anew since the old account cannot be accessed anymore.
With the Philhealth Member Portal, you can check your contributions, your personal details and print your Members Data Record (MDR) easier than before.

Philhealth Online Registration
Before you register make sure you have an active email address because an activation link will be sent to your email. You should know as well your Philhealth Identification number because that pin number will be used to log in to your account. Below are the steps for Philhealth online registration:
STEP 1. You need to visit the PhilHealth website by clicking this link https://memberinquiry.philhealth.gov.ph/member
STEP 2. Tap the “Create account” found on the lower right part of the box. Refer to the photo below.

STEP 3. Fill out the form by inputting all the required information. After completing all the needed details, they will send you an email to activate your account.
STEP 4. Click the link on your email to activate your account. You can now log in to your account using your Philhealth Identification number and the password you choose.
