The new cash-in fee will be rolled out on June 2, 2022.
This means that, if we were to transfer P1,000 via GCash in the future, we would only get P990 loaded into our accounts. There are, however, ways we can still avoid this.
They may also cash in via InstaPay for free. Tap on the "ShopeePay Balance" icon on the app's homepage and just tap "Cash In." From there, we can choose a bank and just follow the instructions.
