What is TESDA Online Program (TOP)
TESDA Online Program (TOP) is a web-based platform that offers free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for the technical education and skills development of the Filipino workers.
Through the use of information and communication technologies, the TOP provides an effective and efficient way to deliver technical-vocational education and training at the learner’s own space and time.
The TOP is available for blended learning through the Multi-Regional TESDA Online Program (MRTOP) offered by TESDA Technology Institutions (TTIs).

How to Access and Utilize E-TESDA
In order to access the available courses in the TESDA Online Program website, you must first register an account.
How to Create an Account
STEP 1: On the TESDA Online Program website click on the Login link.
STEP 2: After clicking the “Login” hyperlink, you will be taken to the login page. On the “Is this your first time here?” column, click on the “New Account” hyperlink.
STEP 3: Fill out the form, fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory. You cannot proceed with the registration unless you provide the information. After filling out the form, click on the “Create my new account” button.
STEP 4: After creating your account, a message will be sent to your email address. The email contains a link to activate your account, simply click on the link and your account will be activated.
How to Enroll in a Course
Before you can enroll in a course, make sure that you had created an account on TOP website.
- Login to the TOP website using your registered username and password.
- Once logged in, you will be taken to the TOP front page. The list of available courses is displayed on this page. Click on the link of the course that you want to enroll in.
- Next, click on the link of the module you wish to take.
- On the left side of the navigation pane, under the administration panel, click on the “Enrol me in this course” link.
- A message box will appear asking if you really want to enroll in the module. Click on the “Yes” button to proceed.

Do I need to pay tuition in order to enroll?
The TESDA Online Program is available for FREE. There is no tuition fee required in accessing the courses.
Do we get a certificate of training after completing the online course?
We have developed the online courses to be accessible to as many Filipinos as possible. You will get a Certificate of Completion once you finish the course and if you think you are ready, then you may take the face-to-face assessment for National Certification at any TESDA accredited assessment center or venue.
