Clark International Airport, known as Diosdado Macapagal International Airport from 2003 to 2012, is an international airport covering portions of the cities of Angeles and Mabalacat within the Clark Freeport Zone in the province of Pampanga, Philippines. It is located 43.2 nautical miles (80.0 km; 49.7 mi) northwest of Manila and accessible through the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).

REGISTER ONLINE
All passengers must fill up / submit the following forms upon arrival. You may download the forms from the provided link:
- eARRIVAL CARD - In response to the IATF directive the One Health Pass is officially replaced with the electronic ARRIVAL CARD (eARRIVAL CARD). All travelers are encouraged to fill up the eARRIVAL CARD within 72 hours prior departure at the country of origin to avoid inconvenience upon arrival. Registration is FREE OF CHARGE and neither require nor collect any online payment. BEWARE of fake, fraudulent, or a scam websites and entities who requires payment from the travelers.

HEALTH CHECK & VERIFICATION
Pre-departure testing for fully vaccinated inbound travelers, whether Filipinos or foreign nationals, shall no longer be required. Filipino and Foreign nationals shall be deemed fully vaccinated only if he/she is fully compliant with the following requisites:
- Received the second dose in a 2-dose series or single dose COVID-19 vaccine more than fourteen (14) days prior to the date and time of departure from the country of origin/port of embarkation.
- Possess and present any of the following proofs of vaccination:
- World Health Organization International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis;
- VaxCertPH;
- National or state manual/digital vaccination certificate of the country/foreign government;
- Other proof of vaccination

HOTEL QUARANTINE
UNVACCINATED OR PARTIALLY VACCINATED OR INDIVIDUALS WHOSE VACCINATION STATUS CAN NOT BE INDEPENDENTLY VALIDATED: Requirements as per IATF Resolution No. 2 Series of 2022 are the following:
- Filipinos and Foreign nationals fifteen (15) years old and above and unaccompanied minor fourteen (14) years old and below shall present a negative lab-based or remotely supervised rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours pre-departure from their country of origin.
- Filipinos and Foreign nationals fifteen (15) years and older who fail to present a negative pre-departure test result shall undergo a lab-based rapid antigen test upon arrival at the airport.
- Unvaccinated accompanied minors below fifteen (15) years of age shall follow the quarantine protocols of their accompanied guardian.
FILIPINO OR FOREIGN NATIONAL WHO SHALL TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19: Per IATF Resolution No. 2 Series of 2022, any inbound traveler, whether Filipino or foreign national, who shall test positive for COVID-19 through rapid antigen test shall be subjected to the latest prevailing quarantine and isolation protocols of the DOH.
GOING HOME
Coordinate with your assigned agency for transport to your home destination. For non-OFWs* and foreign nationals, please make your own transport arrangement. For OFWs, you may arrange your transport with OWWA. If the RT-PCR test yields a negative result, the passenger shall be endorsed to their local government units of destination who shall then coordinate the transfer of the said passenger from the quarantine facility to the LGU and strictly monitor the remainder of the fourteen-day quarantine through their respective Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams.*Note: Non-OFWs include returning students, scholars, exchange visitors, diplomats, and tourists, among others; and their dependents.

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
As of 26 February 2022, all passengers travelling to Dubai from the Philippines, including UAE citizens and residents, tourists must fulfil one of the below requirements:
- a. Present a valid vaccination certificate(s) reflecting that the passenger is fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the WHO or the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and includes a QR code System; or
- b. Present a valid Negative Covid‑19 Test certificate that should be based on a molecular diagnostic test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid for SARS‑COV‑2 viral RNA, that is issued within 48 hours from the time of sample collection and issued by an approved health service provider, with a QR code System; or
- c. Present a valid medical certificate issued by the relevant authorities that the passenger has recovered from Coronavirus SARS Cov‑19 within a period of one 1 month from the date of recovery to the date of arrival, with a QR code System.

SOUTH KOREA
Effective September 3, 2022, all tourists coming in to Korea will no longer be required to submit a negative RT-PCR test result, but test upon arrival requirement (on the first day in Korea until 23:59 of the next day after arrival) will continue until further notice.
All travelers are advised to stay in their accommodation after taking their PCR test at the airport screening facility until they receive a negative test result.

All passengers should download the Ehteraz mobile application and activate it on their mobile phones using a local or international SIM card. Passengers must also sign an Undertaking and Acknowledgement Form before arriving in Qatar. The form is available on the Ministry of Public Health website, pre-registration platform website (www.ehteraz.gov.qa) and airline online booking form.
