NBI Clearance Requirements

After doing the appointment online, what you need to bring when claiming your NBI clearance are the following:
  • Application form or reference number (from the online appointment)
  • Payment receipt

If you already Pay NBI Clearance via 7-Eleven, then you need to wait until the schedule come and go to your NBI Branch that you selected before in NBI online application to get your NBI clearance.



Two (2) Valid IDs

Any of the following valid IDs:

Suggestion: bring your own pen for convenience.



Please keep in mind that Non-Government issued IDs such as Company IDs and Barangay Clearance are NOT ACCEPTED in processing NBI clearance. Additionally, a Barangay Certificate is required for First Time Job Seekers availing of the free service under RA 11261.

FROM MRT
  • Get off at Taft Avenue Station. From there, switch to the LRT 1 Yellow Line at EDSA Taft Station going to Roosevelt. 
  • Get off at United Nations (UN) Avenue Station on Taft Avenue. Walk straight towards the World Health Organization (WHO) building along UN Avenue. The entrance to NBI is located right after the WHO headquarters. 

FROM LRT 1 YELLOW LINE
  • Whether you are coming from Baclaran or Roosevelt, get off at United Nations (UN) Avenue Station. 
  • Get off at United Nations (UN) Avenue Station on Taft Avenue. Walk straight towards the World Health Organization (WHO) building along UN Avenue. The entrance to NBI is located right after the WHO headquarters. 

FROM LRT 2 PURPLE LINE
  • Get off at Recto Avenue Station. From there, switch to the LRT 1 Yellow Line at Doroteo Jose Station going to Baclaran. 
  • Get off at United Nations (UN) Avenue Station on Taft Avenue. Walk straight towards the World Health Organization (WHO) building along UN Avenue. The entrance to NBI is located right after the WHO headquarters. 

FROM QUIAPO CHURCH
  • Take a jeepney or UV Express or FX Van going to Buendia. 
  • Ask the driver to drop you off at UN Avenue. Walk straight towards the World Health Organization (WHO) building along UN Avenue. The entrance to NBI is located right after the WHO headquarters. 

FROM COMMONWEALTH AVENUE, QUEZON CITY
  • Take a jeepney or UV Express or FX Van going to Buendia. 
  • Ask the driver to drop you off at UN Avenue. 
  • Walk straight towards the World Health Organization (WHO) building along UN Avenue. The entrance to NBI is located right after the WHO headquarters. 

FROM MAKATI
  • Take the MRT going to EDSA Taft. Get off at Taft Avenue Station. From there, switch to the LRT 1 Yellow Line at EDSA Taft Station going to Roosevelt.
