Stay comfy and feel at home with HomeStay at Wind Residences.

Me and my family went to Tagaytay to have a quick vacation for a few days. One thing we needed to make sure is that we have a place to stay at prior to traveling.

We are happy to see HomeStay at Wind Residences on Facebook. The host was friendly and easy to talk to. So we booked a stay for two nights.

ABOUT WIND RESIDENCES

Composed of 10 towers, Wind Residences is an iconic sight in the cool city of Tagaytay. There will be five 20-storey buildings while the other five towers have 10 floors each. Designed to complement the beautiful landscape, Wind Residences offers amenities and facilities to rival five-star hotels.

Hotel-Inspired Home
Wind Residences is a hotel-inspired home complete with all the amenities you can expect from a high-class establishment. Just like what you would expect from a hotel, there’s a lobby where guests are entertained. The building is also safe and well-secured. The building is equipped with alarm systems and automatic fire detection. With this, you can put your mind at ease and simply bask in the beauty of the environment and the building’s awesome facilities.

Wind Residences is a 20-storey midrise vertical development which offers a breathtaking view of Taal Lake. To ensure the convenience of all residents, at least three elevators service each tower. Even if you have a perfect view of Manila’s cityscape from your home in the metropolis, there’s still something majestic about the natural sights in Tagaytay. Plus, the air is better in this part of Luzon.

2. SPACE MATTERS

When we talk about space, it's not only about the wideness but the functionality of the space. Experience-wise, we have already been to several BnB's and this one is one of the must utilized space.

I like their idea of have a folding table, you can use it anytime you want and fold it back if you don't need it. They also have a pull out couch where someone can sleep on. They also use sliding glass doors covered with curtains for the bedroom.

3. CLEAN AND NEAT

Since the whole unit is white, it is very pleasing to our eyes. This color is vulnerable to dirt. But kudos to their maintenance! The whiteness of the unit is still visible. Kaya nakakahiyang dumihan.

Their restroom is well-maintained too. From toilet to shower area, everything is squeaky clean.

4. LIGHTS EVERYWHERE

The unit is very generous with lights. And it gave the unit the elegant feels. They have a chandelier and lamps that compliments the whole room when you light them on. Each light has its different effects. Sobrang ganda.

Last but not the least and most importantly, we were grateful to have an easy to contact host. Although we did not need anything urgent to contact them, they are very responsive to our messages. They even let us check-in 30 minutes earlier.
