The schedule of activities for Panagbenga 2023 or the Baguio Flower Festival 2023 was launched. It can be recalled that the celebration of the Panagbenga Festival were cancelled during the height of the pandemic.
Now, with the steady decline of cases despite the major activities in Baguio City like the Session Road in Bloom, Lantern Parade among others, we all hope to see the return of the same vibrant celebration of the Panagbenga before the pandemic.
