Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) is the water and wastewater services provider for the 17 cities and municipalities that comprise the West Zone of the Greater Metro Manila area. It is the private concessionaire of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) for the West Zone service area.

Maynilad Water Bill Computation

The Maynilad Statement of Account (SOA) is the monthly water bill that is issued to customers. It reflects the customer’s monthly consumption and billing, including the breakdown of charges.

Basic Charge covers the cost of operating, maintaining, improving and expanding the distribution network, as well as the facilities that bring potable water to customers. It is based on the latest approved tariff schedule.

Environmental Charge is 20% of the Water Charge (Basic Charge plus Transitory Adjustment) applicable to all customers.

Sewerage Charge is 20% of Basic Charge for Commercial and Industrial customers connected to a sewer line. This charge is not levied on Residential and Semi-Business customers, or on Commercial and Industrial customers who are not connected to the sewer line.

Maintenance Service Charge (MSC) covers the maintenance of the water meter and is based on the size of the installed meter.

Maynilad Business Area (BA) Offices & Zone Specialists

To manage the delivery of water and wastewater services in the West Zone, Maynilad divided its service area into 10 Business Areas (BAs) that are further broken down into zones, sub-zones and District Metered Areas (DMAs).

Customers may visit any of the nearest BA offices for service applications, complaints, inquiries, and other account-related requests.
