Here are all the malls owned by the Ayalas.


Ayala Malls are my favorite since they opened their outdoor malls like Greenbelt and Bonifacio High Street. Malls in the Philippines like the SM Supermalls were the usual indoor shopping mall in a huge building along the main roads in the country's metros.

But Ayala Malls made the difference when they constructed these re-imagined design of malls with gardens for extraordinaire experience.

In this guide, I list Ayala Malls in the Philippines. I am happy that there's a few Ayala Malls near me where I can go for a quick shopping or watch my favorite movies.

Ayala Malls is a real-estate subsidiary of Ayala Land, an affiliate of Ayala Corporation. Founded in 1988, Ayala Malls own a chain of large shopping malls, all located in the Philippines.

Alabang Town Center

Prior to 2000, only 4 flagship malls were open, Alabang Town Center (ATC), Greenbelt, Glorietta and Ayala Center Cebu. Today, Ayala Malls operate more than 30 malls in the Philippines.
