This is a guide for one of my favorite coffee shop chain in the Philippines.

With its first branch at Starmall Alabang opening in 2014, Coffee Project was a dream that billionaire Manuel B. Villar Jr. wanted to fulfill, not only for himself but for coffee lovers all over the country as well.

Coffee Project Starmall Alabang - the first branch

Living in Taguig, I've been a frequent customer of their Vista Mall Taguig (AllHome) branch (it's a different branch from the one at Vista Place Taguig).

My most favorite drink is their Iced Mocha while I am a fan of their omelets for food. Coffee Project - Vista Mall Taguig is a nice option to get your work or project done or writing blogs just like me. :)

ABOUT COFFEE PROJECT

Coffee Project’s signature blend is composed of 70% Arabica coffee that is imported from Brazil and 30% Robusta coffee from Sumatra. This combination gives you coffee that is very flavorful and aromatic with chocolaty and fruity notes.

Many are also hooked with their best-selling drink, the Vietnamese Latte. It is made from Nguyen beans from Vietnam. These beans have rich and strong flavor that blends beautifully with sweetened milk giving you a rich and flavorful coffee with hints of chocolaty tones. To pair with these delicious beverages, Coffee Project also serves variety of sandwiches, pasta and rice meals. Two of the most promising dishes are the Sardine Pasta and the Beef Tapa.

Besides the Coffee Project’s high quality service and best tasting food and drinks, the interior of each branch is exceptional, granting them an extra edge among others. The place itself is a reason enough to drop by. Every coffee outlet of Coffee Project is filled with flowers and greens to create a happy and vibrant mood among customers. They made use of mood lights and comfortable seating pieces to create a sense of personal space for each customer.

There are areas for the individuals who are just passing the time, long tables for those who may have a meeting, and comfortable sofas for groups who are just hanging out. With its extraordinary concept, their valued customers consider Coffee Project as the most Instagram-worthy coffee shop.

From the pages to the big screens, the “Harry Potter” franchise has been a part of many Filipinos’ childhood years. Even today, many are still spellbound by its tales set in the Wizarding World as it continues to gain more and younger audiences since it first hit the theaters in 2001.

Coffee Project Harry Potter Drinks

For the holidays, Coffee Project is gifting everyone with a piece of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with its latest drink lineup, dubbed Magical Mixes, which pays homage to the four houses of the iconic wizarding school.

Each flavor embodies the persona of the houses. First is the Gryffindor Mango-Berry Frappe, a cup that merges the fruity flavors of berries and mango with the velvety goodness of cream, a perfect drink for the brave and selfless ones.

Dark and mysterious is the Slytherin Matcha Frappe, bearing the Slytherin house’s signature color with its matcha mix made more enjoyable with coffee jellies.

Much like the diadem of Rowena Ravenclaw, the Ravenclaw Latte Frappe is a regal blue coffee-blended drink topped with a cloud of cream.

Lastly, the Hufflepuff Citrus Frappe is a zingy drink that celebrates the fair and loyal ones.
