In the year 2023, the City of Pasig celebrates its 450th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in its rich history.
As part of this commemoration, the Pasig City Government brings a historic celebration to every Pasigueño. This year's theme is "Paskong Pinoy, Paskong Pasigueño" or Filipino Christmas, Pasigueño Christmas!

After three years under the restrictions brought about by the pandemic, we truly sense the return to normalcy this year - face-to-face classes, and face masks are now optional.
It's a return to the time when, as Christmas approaches, the gestures of kindness towards one another become the true gifts!
In this celebration, we showcase the vibrant life, culture, and history of the Philippines. We also promote Filipino-made products. This year, our decorations highlight colorful fans, reflecting the lively history and culture of Pasigueño.
Additionally, shooting stars are featured, believed in Filipino culture to grant wishes when spotted. As these are not commonly seen in everyday life, when you see one, you can make a wish, and it may just come true!
As Pasig City Hall lights up for Christmas 2023, it not only marks the festive season but also embodies the resilience, hope, and spirit of the Filipino people. The colorful decorations serve as a testament to the rich cultural tapestry of Pasigueño and the Philippines as a whole.
