Have you heard of a restaurant that offers UNLIMITED Samgyupsal and Shabu Shabu in one? I know one in Manila! ;)

 Muhan Unlimited Samgyupsal is the first restaurant I have dined at that offers Shabu Shabu besides their famous Korean grill.

WHAT YOU GET

  • 🍴 UNLI 1 - P399 (P369 on lunch*) you get 5 kinds of meat, 6 side dishes, egg stew, SSam vegetables and daily soup.
  • 🍴 UNLI 2 - P449 (P399 on lunch*) you get the UNLI 1 PLUS Beef Samgyup, Boolgogi Beef and Yang-nyum Beef.
  • 🍴 UNLI 3 - P499 (P449 on lunch*) you get everything PLUS Shabu Shabu.
*Lunch starts at 11am, ends at 3pm

FOOD REVIEW

I wasn't expecting till I've tasted their food. Their meat has different flavors. I love how they marinate them. I was thinking to join their crew just to get the recipe. Ha ha ha! Of course, I love how their meats are cut. - very thin. I love it grilled and a little crispy.

THE MEAT

I chose Tong Samgyup and Beef Samgyup for starter. I love both of them but I am a beef lover so I have a bias when I ate more of Beef Samgyup than the pork one. He he he!

Next was a plate of Yang-nyum Beef and a bowl of Beef Boolgogi. All beef for the 2nd round! :D I thought I already found my favorite when I tasted Beef Samgyup. But I was wrong. Yang-nyum Beef for the win!

Their Beef Boolgogi is a bomb! I personally don't know how a bulgogi should taste but I liked how this one tasted.
If you really wanted a heavy meal then you must try their thick meat Daepae Samgyup. This was the last meat we tried since there is a Shabu Shabu to finish too. This pork is just spread a little of pepper I suppose.

Also, there are six (6) side dishes where you can partner or make a samgyupsal with. Plus, there's rice and egg stew. ALL UNLIMITED! :)

But what I was surprised is that for only 50 pesos, I can enjoy UNLIMITED Shabu Shabu! Yup, you heard it right! NO LIMIT!
Their Shabu Shabu has Tofu, veggies like cabbage and sliced carrots. But what I love is the Fish Cake and Crab Stick - legit ones! Yea, right! I ordered at least three sets of them. :D

I was full and satisfied! :D

THE PLACE

Muhan is located at a mall in Green Podium One Archers Building where a pile of different restaurants and cafes are lying there. So people come and go especially those who are from La Salle since it is just inside one of their commercialized buildings.

 

Expect a huge crowd during peak hours. We went there around 2pm and there were people dining inside. At least, we got a seat at the corner. There were still people coming in before we left.

Their service is good. Their crew are roaming around to ask their customer for a need of assistance or to take a new order from them. The whole place is clean and I can feel the aircondition besides of the number of the people inside. Kudos to that!

Muhan Unlimited Samgyupsal - Taft is located at the second floor of Green Podium One Archers Building along Taft Ave. (Southbound) in Malate, Manila.

 Or you can Book a Grab ride straight to Muhan Taft.

You can also search it on Waze and Google Maps if you are with your private vehicle. Parking is available.
