For those who have eaten at another food park in Kapitolyo, Bravissimo Gourmet Bistro is deliciously familiar. The owners -- a young couple -- are already successful in their other venture which is catering and attending to their new baby is basically just a walk in the park (pun intended).
This food stall is known by its patrons for its top-notch ribs and pasta flavors. Its Hickory Glazed Babyback Ribs and the Beef and Spinach Lasagna Roll-ups are a must-order. The lasagna version is a modern take on Italian cuisine in that it's a balanced taste of sour and sweet. Plus, it has an intense creaminess to it thanks to the inclusion of spinach cream.

But it doesn't have to be over the top to win you over. The ribs were falling of the bone and the sauce pushes the flavors to a whole new level without going over the top.
Paired with a serving of turmeric rice and mixed vegetables, this meal was a higlight on its own. With bravissimo now in the Pasig food park market, the rib competition just got a little bit steeper.

You can never go wrong with a bucket of crispy bacon. The trio of dips add different dimensions to the flavor. Personally, I loved the pesto mayo dip. It has an authentic kick to it that balances everything out. Would i come back for it? This one is a definite yes. Major props to Bravissimo for this one.
