Step 2: Move your pointer to the “Cards” and click “Credit Cards”.

Step 3: Look for the “Apply Now” button on the left part of the page and click it.

Step 4: Choose the BPI credit card you want to open and click check on the box beside it.

Step 5: Provide accurate and factual information on the application form. After filling-in the form, read the Declaration stated below and click the box beside the statement below if you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.

Clicking the box also mean confirming to the Declaration stated above. Click “Submit” to complete your online application.
