Despite of being tag as "The Land of the Howling Winds", this 12th largest island in the Philippines has a lot to offer.A landmass nearest to Pacific Ocean, white sand beaches, old stone churches, prehistoric caves, refreshingly waterfalls, majestic waves(a surfer's must try), a cheaper Batanes counterpart, and the warm Catandungan locals, one will definitely leave the place with a wide smile, proving how locals dubbed it as "The Happy Island".
