Leche Flan Ingredients

Here's a list of ingredients you need for making leche flan:

12 pcs. Eggyolks
1 ½ cans condensed milk
1 ½ cans evaporated milk
1 ½ cups sugar
2 tsps. Dayap rind
½ cup caramelized sugar ( ¾ cups sugar boiled in ½ cup water )

Instructions

STEP 1. Beat the egg yolks and add the milk, sugar and dayap rind. Mix Thoroughly.

STEP 2. Strain the resulting mixture to make it fine; set aside. Pour caramelized sugar in a molder ( llanera). Follow with the eggyolk mixture.

STEP 3. Steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set. Remove from molds prior to serving.

Dunkin’ Donuts has officially announced their new product.

HOW MUCH IS DUNKIN'S BUCKET OF MUNCHKINS

One bucket will contain 40 Munchkins and will be priced at PHP349 (US$6.83) each. Customers can either get an entire bucket of Choco Butternut or Butternut, or a mix of 10 classic flavors and 30 premium ones.

I visited a DD branch myself and bought a bucket of assorted munchkins in Pasig. As a choco butternut lover, 40 pieces of it is plenty enough to fill my cravings. It was perfect for watching a Netflix film!
