Declared as the National Day of Protest by no less than President Rodrigo Duterte himself, September 21 was definitely one of the busiest days for rallyists across the country.
In Manila alone, there were thousands of protesters from both sides, with two rallies done simultaneously on that day for those who were against and those who were supporters of the president.
National Day of Protest!While he was alone in his protest outside the company’s office (although he joked in a separate post that there were a lot of rallyists there), many people supported him on social media! Within a few hours, his post went viral.
