First Time Voters Registration

First-time voter? Don’t be intimidated by the process—it’s easier than you think. Here's a step-by-step guide for the upcoming voter's registration:

  • Visit COMELEC's iRehistro website
  • Choose "Application Forms"
  • Fill out the CEF-1 online form
  • Print the CEF-1 on a long bond paper back-to-back. Do not sign or affix your thumbmark on the application forms just yet since this must be done in the presence of the Election Officer
  • Bring the physical CEF-1 form and a valid government ID with signature on your visit to the local COMELEC office or RAP site

Remember: Accomplishing the online form does not automatically make you a registered voter. You still have to personally appear at your local COMELEC office or RAP site.
