Hydro-theraphy Massages

Soft Massage

Ace Water Spa has more than 10 massage systems that provide soft, moderate, or hard massage. Each massage facility can be operated by push buttons.

Every massage area is properly labelled where the name of the massage, classification (e. g. soft), part of the body that will be targeted, how you will position yourself, and health benefits are all indicated.

Hard Massage

Just push the massage button and you will feel the aquatic jets working on specific areas of your body to relax and comfort your aching muscles.

The massage automatically stops after a certain period of time, usually two to three minutes as indicated in the label. You can repeat a particular massage as long as you like and as long as your body can take it.



Ace Water Spa Hot Herbal Pools

Aside from the spa area with different massage facilities, I really like the hot herbal pools of Ace Water Spa.  Their herbal pools have different temperature and scent including mint pool (36 degrees Celsius), jasmine pool (38 degrees Celsius), and lavender pool (40 degrees Celsius).

Hot herbal pools have a bonus back massage facility – just push the corresponding button as in the spa area. While we plunged ourselves in the hot waters with our head resting in a cold pillow (long metal bar), the addition of back massage (1-2 minutes) was really fantastic.

Steam and Sauna

Steam and sauna, lapping, and cold pool are also provided at Ace Water Spa. The cold pool is overly cold and is intended to be used to cool yourself down after soaking in the hot herbal pool. Lapping pool is about 25 meters and is 4.3 feet deep.

Fitted swimwear (preferably spandex material) should be worn inside Ace Water Spa to get the maximum health benefit derived from the spa.

Tips to enjoy Ace Water Spa

  • Board shorts are not allowed, so be ready to use your skimpy swimsuits for both adults and kids.
  • Bring your own towels. You can bring them all the way to the pool area where they have a towel rack.
  • The kids would love the lazy river that goes around the water spa area and the water slides. Note: Kids under 12 years old are not allowed in the Hot & Cold spa area.
  • Cameras are strictly not allowed inside the spa area. You can only take pictures outside.
  • Four (4) hours is more than enough to enjoy the spa. Go on a weekday during the non-peak hours.

Calatagan's Private Resort is a detached vacation home with a terrace, located in Batangas City in the region of Luzon.

After a couple of years, this famous Japanese stall in Kapasigan, Pasig opened its second branch in San Joaquin.



People in Pasig were in love with their famous Takoyaki since they've opened their first stall in Kapasigan (Pasig city proper). The success of their first store made the owner decide to open up another branch in the nearby barangay in Pasig.

August 2017, along with their 2nd anniversary celebration, they've officially launched the restaurant in San Joaquin.

THE PLACE

Although it looks small, the store can accommodate 20-25 persons. You'll notice its colors of red and yellow, a compliment to its brand.


The whole place is airconditioned and it has its own restroom inside. The lights are perfect for selfie and IG-worthy food-tography.

THE EXPERIENCE

Overall, the dinning experience is great here. The food is good. The place is quite cozy. The price is cheap and very affordable. I can treat my friends and family without spending a thousand peso on one dine.

  • Parking is available for both cars and motorcyles
  • Take out orders are available.
  • Peak hours is from 5pm to 9pm. Many people are dining in during weekends.
  • Reservation is available. You can contact them through their social media accounts.

Pasig is accessible via EDSA or C5 Road. So going here is not that hard. Thanks to Google Maps and Waze app, it gets easier to find directions to Osaka Pancake!


PUBLIC COMMUTING

From EDSA
Take a jeepney ride from Parklea terminal heading to San Joaquin. Fare is about 12 pesos. Drop off San Joaquin Crossing where you can find a Mercury Drug (across Jollibee). A signage can be seen from the corner.

From Quiapo (Manila)
You can take the same jeepney heading to San Joaquin. Drop off San Joaquin Crossing where you can find a Mercury Drug (across Jollibee). A signage can be seen from the corner.

From Market! Market! Taguig
Take a jeepney ride heading Pateros. Drop off Buting crossing. Look for a yellow tricycle near Buting Wet Market. Take a ride and it will drop you off in front of Osaka Pancake.

Landmarks: Yellow tricycle terminal near a gasoline station. Osaka Pancake is just next to CDO store.
