What to Expect for Nasugbu
Nasugbu is known for its array of beaches with azure blue waters. Its proximity to the metropolis is one of the reasons it is popular, but Nasugbu’s beaches are already so well-known by themselves that the place makes a compelling case as a summer destination.
Personally, I've been to Nasugbu a few times. In 2019, I brought my family and friends to Pico de Loro (Hamilo Coast) for a chill stay. Early this year, my family went for a 4-day vacation to Calayo Beach.
Best Time to Visit Nasugbu
Nasugbu is open all year round but the best time to visit is during summer. This is from March to May. Due to its proximity to Manila, expect crowded beach even during off season. I recommend to schedule your trip during weekdays.
You may bring your own tent or you can rent there. You can also bring your own snorkeling gear. There’s a small stall selling snacks, but it’s best to bring your own food. Please observe proper garbage disposal.
The good news is that most of the property there are rest houses, so some of the owners rent out their property. You can contact them directly and book in advance before going there.
San Antonio De Padua Parish Church was founded last February 2, 2017 and the story behind its fast completion is what makes this parish even more special.
The present church was built in 1959 with Saint Francis Xavier as the principal patron and Nuestra Señora de la Escalera as their patroness. The image of the miraculous Lady of Stairway (Señora de la Escalera) was episcopally crowned on September 4, 2005.

There are two famous mountains in Nasugbu that many are hiking for: Mount Batulao & Mount Talamitam. Both are not hard for beginners that's why even non-mountaineers are fond of going to their peaks.
Mt. Batulao
Mt. Batulao has a total trail length of 12 kilometers and it will take around 5 to 6 hours to finish the climb depending on your pace. The trail is an up and down pattern with moderately steep terrain and open slopes.
You can choose between the Old Trail and New Trail of which path you'll take, but most hikers traverse to experience both trails. It has Scenic view of the coastal towns of Batangas.

Day Tour: Klook offers private and group day tour to Mt. Batulao for as low as P1,500 per head
Mt. Talamitam
Mt. Talamitam is relatively easier compared to Mt. Batulao, but the climb can be hard during summer when the sun is high because there are few trees for shade.

NASUGBU ISLANDS
This town in Batangas is known for having beautiful islands. They are usually flocked by beach lovers and campers, too.
Fortune Island
Back in 1995, Fortune Island was a 27-hectare private luxury island resort located 14 kilometers off the coast of Nasugbu. It is famous for its collapsing Grecian statues and the iconic pillars overlooking the sea, inspired by the Acropolis in Athens, Greece.

Pulo Island

Pulo Islands |
The cove part is welcoming with its mixture of fine and course beige sand, but the sloping beach just beside the cove and the beach behind will either intimidate you or challenge you with their rugged appearance highlighted by the rocky shores and unspoiled islet.
