Taguig City's TLC Village transformed into a haven of love and celebration as Love at the Park opened its gates on Saturday, February 10th.

Mayor Lani Cayetano inaugurated the event, inviting Taguigueños to revel in the spirit of love throughout the Valentine season, free of charge. Returning for its second year, Love at the Park promises an elevated experience with a nine-day celebration filled with enchanting events and activities, along with a star-studded lineup of performers.

The festivities commenced with a captivating mini-concert featuring renowned artists such as Juris, Davey Langit, and Sud, igniting sparks of romance among the audience. Mayor Lani Cayetano, in her address during the opening night, emphasized that love serves as the cornerstone of Taguig's endeavors, expressing gratitude to the community for their support.


The celebration extends beyond romantic love, encompassing love for the city, family, and constituents of Taguig. Mayor Cayetano also extended appreciation to guests, attendees, and city departments for the successful kickoff of Love at the Park.



As the festivities continue, February 11th offers a nostalgic journey through the music of the 80s, while February 12th brings back iconic tunes from the 50s, 60s, and 70s with the Retro Night: Blast from the Past.


February 13th sets the stage for a cozy movie night, Reel Love, perfect for couples to enjoy the eve of Valentine's Day. The main event on Valentine's Day features a concert showcasing performances by Davey Langit and OPM legends Nina and Freestyle, promising an evening of musical enchantment.



Other attractions include Romantic Strings, Once upon a Musical, Poetry Slam & Dance Crew, and a DJ Dedication Booth for personalized song requests. Lovebirds can also explore various activities such as Love Locks to symbolize commitment and the Hugot Board for heartfelt expressions.

Delightful Valentine treats including roses, sweets, and caricatures await visitors from vendors scattered throughout the park.
