What is Trainer's Methodology Level I

Trainer's Methodology Level I is a training program provided by TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) that is designed to equip individuals with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to become effective trainers or facilitators in various fields. It aims to develop the participants' competency in delivering training sessions, managing the learning environment, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.


Training Duration: 264 hours

A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:
  • ✓ TVET Trainer/Technical Trainer
  • ✓ Training Facilitator/Coordinator
  • ✓ Competency Assessor



Requirements



Conditional Requirements

  • ✓ For College Undergraduates with 72 units, please provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience related to your National Certificate (NC).

  • ✓ For Highschool Graduates, please provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience related to your National Certificate (NC).
