About Vermosa

Vermosa is a 700-hectare Ayala Land estate promoting an active lifestyle with pedestrian- and biker-friendly pathways. It houses the Vermosa Sports Hub, which features a World Aquatics-standard Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 400-meter nine-track running oval, a 3.5-kilometer enhanced mountain bike trail, and a hybrid supercross/motocross track.

Improved P2P Bus Route Between One Ayala and Circuit Makati Now Operational

Commuters can now enjoy an enhanced Point-to-Point (P2P) bus service connecting One Ayala and Circuit Makati, offering smoother rides and better access to the vibrant heart of Makati.



Route Overview

The P2P buses will traverse Ayala Avenue in both directions, with convenient stops for unloading passengers:


Northbound: Trips start at One Ayala Terminal, with an unloading stop at KPMG Center.

Southbound: Trips begin at Circuit Makati Gallery Drive, with an unloading stop at Paseo de Roxas Bus Stop.

Northbound (One Ayala Terminal):
  • Morning Trips: Start at 5:50 AM
  • Evening Trips: Last trip at 12:50 PM

Southbound (Circuit Makati Gallery Drive):

  • Evening Trips: Last trip at 6:40 PM
