The Wizarding World of Harry Potter inspired themed suite is in Tagaytay Prime Residences. The unit is over 55 sqm, a good and comfortable size for a small to medium sized group.

There are two big custom built beds, and 1 rollaway bed that can sleep 2 adults in the bed comfortably up to 6 guests.


The place has been professionally renovated by one of the country’s top design and construction companies featured in multiple media outlets. Materials and merchandise in the suite is imported from Warner Brothers, and Universal Studios.

There is a swimming pool on the ground floor, open for guests from 6am to 10pm - proper swim wear is of course required. The pool is closed during Mondays and Thursdays for cleaning and maintenance.

There is a roof deck on the 24F of Tagaytay Prime Residences that will offer you a panoramic view of Taal Lake.

There is a fully functional kitchen in each of the units. Microwave, stovetop, exhaust and fridge is free to be used by our guests. Plates, Glasses, and utensils are all provided for use. We however request that food cooked will have no strong and offensive aroma.


Bathroom and Linen - We provide a total of 6 high quality pillows, bed sheets and comforters along with towels good for 4-6 guests respectively. For long staying guests of 3 or more days, we provide a fresh batch of all linens upon request. Tissue, Body Wash, Shampoo, Handsoap available for longer staying guests of 3 days or more.


Terms and Conditions:

1. Maximum of 6 guests (including children). Promo prices not applicable on weekends. Regular rates will apply.
2. Not valid in conjunction with other promos and discounts. Senior and PWD discount will be based on regular rates, AirBnB account must be the card holder, and a valid ID must be provided.
3. You may book via AirBnB only.
4. No meals included but there is a fully functional kitchen where cooking and preparing meals are allowed.
5. Cleaning fee and mandatory AirBnB fees not included.

Via Commute
  • Ride a bus bound to Nasugbu/Olivares Tagaytay at Pasay near MRT Taft Station( at the back of Sogo) – Fare is PHP 87.
  • Drop off at Olivares.
  • From there, you can either ride a tricycle or walk (I suggest to walk since it's just 5 mins away from where you dropped off.
  • Walk towards Tagaytay Rotonda.

For those who are bringing own vehicle, you may use Waze or Google Maps for directions. If you don’t have a private vehicle, you can rent a car or van here.

For the holidays, Coffee Project is gifting everyone with a piece of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with its latest drink lineup, dubbed Magical Mixes, which pays homage to the four houses of the iconic wizarding school.


Each flavor embodies the persona of the houses. First is the Gryffindor Mango-Berry Frappe, a cup that merges the fruity flavors of berries and mango with the velvety goodness of cream, a perfect drink for the brave and selfless ones.

This fastfood restaurant became a tourist spot in Tagaytay.

Who doesn't love McDonald's? It's fries and chicken (best-tasting for me compare to others, sorry :D), it's sundae, Coke float, McCafe, name it! McDonald's is there and in Tagaytay they have at least 4 branches of it - one is found here along Tagaytay-Calamba Rd.

HOW TO GET TO MCDONALD'S NXTGEN TAGAYTAY

McDonald's NXTGEN Calamba is located near the 'rotunda' in Tagaytay City. PUBs and PUJs are passing this area. So if you take a public commuting from either bus or jeep (those coming from Emilio Aguinaldo Ave., Silang) bound to Tagaytay, just drop-off at Olivares. Then take a short walk going to McDonald's.

Alternately, once you get to any point in Tagaytay, you can take a tricycle ride to bring you to the place.

For those who are bringing their own vehicles, you can follow directions from Waze or Google Maps. Free parking is available.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Earlier today, me and the team KTMNL (Kain Tayo MNL) had a great and mesmerizing experience at this newly opened attraction inside Ever Gotesco in Commonwealth. 

We got to see different of lights and art installation inside the two cinemas-turned-into-a-theme-park.

Entering Tales of Illumina

Upon entrance we were greeted by the staff and confirmed our reservation for the media preview. Another staff assisted us until we got into the first part of the tour. We were briefed in a bit before they opened the doors... then, boom! A magical vibe welcomed us as we walked into the first installation.


It was dark yet you will be guided with the pathways they've made for spontaneous experience. First room was already IG-worthy and we still have 30 more others to discover on.



Each room and attraction will also give you goosebumps with their surround sounds in the background.

The next space was like you were brought to fairy land. The following space awaits some of the known supernatural creatures in the Philippines, such as "Manananggal".


You'll even hear their voices and get to know more about them as they put a short information for each featured folklore.


Shortly, we reached one of my favorite rooms - witch craft! Plus, they serve free drinks here. Yup, you can even choose from 4 different flavors. We tried their recommended ones, peach mango and lemon.


There, we got to stay a little longer and took the free refreshments. The room is filled with witch craft materials that gives you a feel of Harry Potter.





Then we went up to the second level and found out that they also featured our childhood book, the "Ibong Adarna" written by José de la Cruz, one of the great Tagalog writers during the Spanish colonization of the Philippines.


Along with the Adarna Installations, there are other IG-worthy attractions and rooms on the upper level. This part of the Tales of Illumina was inspired of colorful and dreamy ambiance.


After more than an hour of walking and taking photos we finally made it to the second part of the tour where we entered to the another cinema. Here you'll see their merch area on the lobby. 


The second tour started with icy and snowy room followed by Dandelion-like, man-size installations.


There are interconnected rooms where you can take photos of and a wide space where a big stage is awaiting for the free dance show.


There, we got to witness a live performance of another Filipino folklore.


To complete our experience today, we explored the rest of the area that showcases the story of "Florante and Laura" by the famous Tagalog poet Francisco Balagtas. He wrote the epic during his imprisonment.

Just like the first part, this tour includes more vibrant rooms and activities inside.



Overall, the tour was filled with eye-catching sites and instagrammble spots that are perfect for your next feed or profile photo. Kids will surely enjoy the activities inside as we also witnessed on some of the children we saw inside the tour.


If you are a family, a couple or a group looking for something new in Metro Manila, Tales of Illumina is one of the top choices to have fun at.

There are PUBs and PUJs bound to Ever from EDSA and other parts of Quezon City. You just have to drop at the corner of the mall and enter and look for Tales of Illumina. 

If you are bringing your own vehicle, it is best to search "Ever Gotesco Commonwealth" on Waze for directions.

There are plenty of parking spaces inside.
