Where dreams and coffee meet. ☕

This new café along Aguinaldo Highway near Olivares Plaza is so chic and makes us want to "tambay" for coffee and good food. Coffee & Dreams just recently opened a few months ago and now buzzing in Tagaytay City.

Last Monday, I went here together with We Are Tagaytay and Team Kain Tayo MNL to see what's inside Coffee & Dreams.

Coffee & Dreams facade and parking area

At our arrival to the café, we noticed the huge signage of "Perfume Depot" on its façade. Apparently, Coffee & Dreams and Seventenna Scents are brands by the same owner.

Upon entry, you will be welcomed by the classy-looking ambiance full of different perfumes to your front and by the aroma of coffee to your left side.

Of course, they checked our temperature and asked us to sign for contact tracing as per COVID-19 health and safety protocol. Social distancing is observed inside. They even put signages and prints on the floor for those who will line-up to order.

Some of their tables have dividers and mostly have 2 chairs on opposite sides to avoid direct contact to each other. This is to keep you safe while you enjoy dining in.

THE LOCATION

Inside Coffee & Dreams

Upon entering this coffee shop, you will notice the awesome interior of the whole place. Unlike other coffee shops that usually have rustic vibe, Coffee & Dreams feature an elegant ambiance to its visitors. The whole place is painted white with a touch of gold to it.

Chic and classy ambiance

The café also boasts its chic decors and furniture. The lighting is just perfect for your IG-worthy photos and didn't I mention the coffee cup-shaped chair and the hanging circular chair to complete your insta-feed?

There are power outlets on each corners of the shop for your gadgets. There are also dreamcatchers all over the place to remind us of good dreams. For me, this kind of place is where you can sit for hours while having a sip of your favorite coffee.

THE COFFEE & OTHER DRINKS

Coffee & Dreams refreshing drinks

Speaking of coffee, this one has a lot for us to try! First, let's talk about their Coffee & Dreams Signature drink. This one perfectly compliments each flavor in one drink. We tried the Frozen Blend one and we all loved it.

We also love their version of Salted Caramel and Mocha Frozen Blends. For the kids, you can let them have non-coffee based coolers such as Vanilla Lemonade, Strawberry Lychee Lemonade and Chocolate Charm Signature.

They serve cold drinks on these plastic cups but for those who love hot coffee, you will also love their mugs and cups! It will only make you want to bring home the mug.

And oh, they also have skilled barista who can make these nice coffee art!

THE UNLIMITED COFFEE

Yup, you got it right! You can have a sip of their unlimited brewed coffee from 10:30AM to 12nn ; 4PM to 6PM on weekdays & 8AM to 10AM ; 4PM to 6PM on weekends!

THE PIZZA, PASTAS AND PASTRIES

Coffee & Dreams food

For their food, we cannot just get anyone miss any of these yummies. First of, we tried their one of their signature pizzas. It was meaty, cheesy and soothingly yummy. We were ready for pizza no. 2 when we realized there was more food we can try. Hahaha!

For their pasta, we liked the way how they cooked their Lasagna and Baked Mac. Both were so cheesy - melts in the mouth. They are both partnered with garlic bread on the side.

Of course, for desserts, we cannot miss to try a few slices of their cakes. We got Blueberry Cheesecake, Mango Signature Cake and their very own Coffee Mocha Cake.

For breakfast lovers, no worries! Coffee & Dreams also serves all-day breakfast. We got to try their platters of Boneless BangusLongganisa and our favorite, Dreamers Breakfast!

The bangus and longgnisa are both served with rice, scrambled egg, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber on the side. Both are perfect with their own vinegar sauce.

Whilst, the Dreamers Breakfast is stacked with American-style breakfast having a scrambled egg, sausage, bacon and toasted bread with the same veggies on the side.
